The main steel structure of the No. 1 plant in Shandong Xingnuo Circular Economy Industrial Park is about to be completed

      Recently, Plant 1 of Shandong Xingnuo Recycling Resources Co., Ltd.'s Steel Green Carbon Recycling Project, undertaken by Jinma Industrial Group Rizhao Steel Structure Co., Ltd., reached a critical milestone. As a core project of the Circular Economy Industrial Park with a total investment of 300 million yuan, the project, constructed under an EPC general contracting model, covers an area of 102,000 square meters and, upon completion, will process millions of tons of scrap steel annually for resource utilization.

      Currently, construction of the main steel structure of Plant 1 has entered the final stages: 100% installation of the main structure, including steel beams, columns, and roof horizontal supports, has been completed; gutter supports and column bracing systems are fully in place; roof purlins are 90% installed, and wall purlins are 30% complete; and the crane frame is also being installed, laying the foundation for the subsequent equipment arrival.

      Leveraging years of experience in steel structure installation, Jinma Steel Structure utilizes prefabrication and assembly processes to enhance construction precision and enable rapid component positioning. The project team strictly adheres to the GB50205-2025 steel structure acceptance standard and ensures a 100% welding pass rate through a three-level quality inspection system.
