The steel structure project of CSIC Jinma Rizhao Green Energy Equipment Manufacturing Project has entered the final stage
Release time: Jul 30th, 2025

Recently, the steel structure work for the CSIC Jinma Rizhao Green Energy Equipment Manufacturing Project, undertaken by Jinma Industrial Group Rizhao Steel Structure Co., Ltd., entered its final stages. As a major project in Shandong Province, the project primarily involves the construction of core facilities, including onshore and deep-sea wind turbine main engine assembly bases and a nacelle cover composite material manufacturing base. Upon completion, the project will produce over 200 wind turbine units annually, primarily for export to the European and American markets.

The project utilizes Jinma Steel Structure's patented "steel structure housing assembly connection component" technology, which utilizes retaining plates and a bidirectional screw mechanism for rapid assembly, increasing efficiency by over 30% compared to traditional processes. Furthermore, the patented "wind and earthquake-resistant structure" design, combined with a building shock absorber and damper system, significantly enhances the stability of the steel structure building in coastal environments. The construction team strictly adhered to the "Standard for Acceptance of Steel Structure Construction Quality" (GB50205-2020), conducting graded inspections on key indicators such as weld quality and bolt torque coefficient to ensure the safety and reliability of the main structure.

A relevant person in charge of Jinma Steel Structure said that after the project is put into operation, it will provide important support for my country's offshore wind power equipment to "go global" and help Rizhao build a green energy demonstration zone with diversified coordination of "wind, light and hydrogen".
