To further consolidate welding precision and continuously enhance core competitiveness, Jenmour Steel has recently completed the procurement and deployment of two welding robots, which are officially applied to the large-scale production of scaffolding support rod pallets. This move highlights the company's long-term layout and strategic investment in the field of high-end intelligent manufacturing, providing reliable and efficient product supporting solutions for the construction industry on a sustainable basis.
As material racks for multi-layer stacking and three-dimensional load-bearing, the welding precision and structural stability of pallets are of crucial importance. Traditional manual welding is prone to problems such as uneven weld seams and insufficient strength, and its production efficiency is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale projects. The newly introduced welding robots are equipped with high-precision visual positioning systems and intelligent welding algorithms, enabling welding positioning with an accuracy of 0.1mm. The weld seams are smooth and uniform with consistent penetration depth, reducing the welding defect rate to below 0.1% -- far exceeding the industry standards.
Robotic welding not only achieves the ultimate control of quality, but also brings a leapfrog improvement in production efficiency. The daily welding output of a single robot is equivalent to that of 3-4 skilled welders, and it can operate continuously for 24 hours, greatly shortening the production cycle and ensuring the fast delivery of orders. At the same time, the standardized welding process eliminates the randomness of manual operations, ensuring that every batch of products maintains consistent high quality.
With years of experience in the steel structure industry, Jenmour Steel has always adhered to the business philosophy of "Quality First, Technology-Oriented". It has invested heavily in upgrading production equipment for many times, with a total of 10 welding robots installed so far. This is not only a in-depth response to the trend of intelligent manufacturing, but also has become a core strategic practice for the company to proactively meet the market's demand for high-quality products.
In the future, Jenmour Steel will continue to increase investment in technological research and development, promote the intelligent and green upgrading of production processes, and repay customers' trust with higher-quality products and more efficient services.
