Product details
The wedge-shaped pin at the end of the diagonal brace is connected to the large cavity of the ring connector. By adding horizontal supports, the load of each support frame is dispersed, and lateral forces are resisted, scaffolding deformation was effectively prevented while external forces effect. According to the connection angles with vertical standards, diagonal braces are divided into transverse type and longitudinal type. The combination of diagonal braces, horizontal ledgers and vertical standards makes ringlock scaffolding have high stability in space and ensures the overall structural safety. Carbon steel tubes such as Q235B and Q355B are commonly used for diagonal braces.
1. Material type
● Tube:Galvanized steel tube Φ48.3×3.6mm, most popular.
● Profile steel:Angle steel or channel steel, high strength for heavy loads or high- rise scaffolding.
2. Positioning type
● Vertical:Connect with standard along scaffolding height direction.
● Horizontal:Connect with standard along scaffolding horizontal direction, enhance lateral stability.
