Right-angle Coupler
• Structural support: Connect scaffold horizontal ledger and vertical standard to form stable grid frame, bearing construction staff and material loads.
• Positioning and fixing: Bolts fastening prevents tube from displacing and avoids frame deformation or collapsion.
• Shear and tensile resistance: The anti-slip bearing capacity is over 8kN, capable of withstanding horizontal thrust and vertical tensile force, and destructive load is over 5kN.
Product details
The right-angle coupler is a key part to ensure scaffolding structure stability that used for connecting steel tubes intersect perpendicularly (ledger and standard, scissor bracing). It is composed of two symmetrical "U-shaped" clamping plates, bolts, nuts and anti-slip gaskets. The clamping plate acting surface is arc-shaped, with anti-slip tooth patterns inside, which bite the steel tube to enhance connecting force.
