Product details
The adjustable base jack is a component in scaffolding system used to support the vertical standard and adjust height range. It is mainly composed of base pad, main spindle, screwed nut and connecting sleeve. With flexible height adjustment property and strong load-bearing capacity, it can adapt to the flatness of different construction ground, ensuring the stability of the entire frame and is especially suitable for complex terrains and heavy-load projects, has become an indispensable basic component of the scaffolding system.
●Adjustment limit: The extension length of the screw not exceed two-thirds of the total length. When it exceeds 300mm, a bottom support is added for reinforcement.
●Foundation treatment: For soft soil foundation, a 10mm thick steel plate or concrete slab required to prevent from sinking.
●Acceptance criteria: The height difference between adjacent bases should be no more than 5mm, and the tightening torque of nut should reach 40-65N・m (tested by torque wrench).
