Ringlock Rosette Connector

      The rosette ring and its mounted tube combine a complete connector system, of which the rosette ring is made by stamped high-strength cast steel or steel plate, and it’s shape performs circular, polygonal or square. There are 8 cavities along certain intervals around the ring, among which 4 large cavities are used for diagonal brace connection and 4 small for ledge connection, that can achieve rapid connection in multiple directions. The mounted tube is welded and fixed through the center of the ring, with a usual length of 300mm. The inner diameter of the tube is consistent with the outer diameter of the standard, achieving connection of upper and lower scaffolding units and stable support.

Working Principle

      The connection between rosette rings and horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces is achieved by insertion of the wedge-shaped pins into the cavities on the rosette ring due to self-locking function . The unique structure of pins generate an outward squeezing force, forming a tight fit between pins and cavities. Even if the scaffolding is subjected to external forces, the pins will not be easily pulled out, ensuring the stability and safety of the entire scaffolding system.
