Cuplock Horizontal Ledger

      The horizontal ledgers are main load-bearing components of the scaffolding that are used to connect the adjacent vertical standards, and usually made of Q235B or Q355B steel tube, with an universal dimenstion of Φ48×3.5mm. Wedged-shape heads are welded at both ends with limit pins and are inserted into the lower half cuplock on the vertical standard while installed, the connection will be achieved through the rotation and pressing of the upper cuplock along the vertical standard. No complex connection components such as bolts are needed，which greatly improves work efficiency and reduces construction costs.
