Diagonal braces are the inclined connecting components set between the vertical standards and horizontal ledgers of the scaffolding, which are mainly made of Φ48.3*3.6mm steel tubes and fixed to the vertical standards and horizontal ledgers through cuplock nodes on its both ends, forming a triangular support structure, ensuring a firm connection. Through with diagonal support, it can resist horizontal loads (such as wind loads and construction loads), preventing the scaffolding from tilting or collapsing.
2. Erection Direction
● Longitudinal layout: Set along the scaffolding height direction, connecting the longitudinal vertical standard, and resisting the longitudinal horizontal force.
● Transverse layout: Set along the scaffolding width direction, connecting the transverse vertical standard and enhancing the lateral stability.
● Cross layout: Set in X cross pattern, forming a grid-shaped support, which can cover multiple nodes of horizontal ledgers and vertical standards.
