Door Frame

Features:

• Stable geometric structure with strong load-bearing capacity:Door frame emerges an entire stable geometry structure with excellent resistance to lateral deformation and ability to bear large loads.

• Standardized components with good versatility:The cross bracing, joint pin, plank and other matching components have the characteristics of standardization and uniform specification assure of strong universality in different construction scenarios.

• Firmly fixed nodes object to loosening:Door frame and other components are connected by pin or latch, ensuring secure and reliable, and effectively guarantee the stability of the entire scaffolding structure.

• Strong adaptability to sites:A single door frame covers a space about 1.2m in width, helpful to adapt to narrow construction sites, and can provide an effective platform within limited space.

Product details

The door frame is the basic unit that constitutes the overall scaffolding structure. It takes the form of a "door" or "H" shape and is welded from horizontal rods, vertical rods or reinforcement rods. It is usually made of Q235 steel tubes to bear the perpendicular pressure from the plank and construction load with a common width of 1.2m or 1.9m and height of 1.7m or 1.9m. Two adjacent frames are connected by cross bracing to form the basic load-bearing structure.

Connection Method

Horizontal connection: Use cross bracing along the longitudinal direction to enhance the stability and anti-overturning ability of the door-frame in the horizontal direction; on the top of the frame, use grid or plank to connect each frame into an entire structure, forming a stable working platform.

Vertical connection: Use joint pin and locking arms to connect the upper and lower door frames together to ensure the coaxiality and stability of the vertical standard in the perpendicular direction, allowing the load to be smoothly transmitted.
