Kwikstage Horizontal Ledger

The horizontal ledgers are used for connection with vertical standards to maintain the spacing and stability with wedge-shaped heads at both ends and are transversely set along the length of the scaffolding. By the connection of wedge-shaped fasteners and the socket cavities on vertical standards, the horizontal frame is formed. Usually the horizontal ledgers are made of Ф48.3*3.2mm Q235 or Q355 steel tubes, and according to different market demands, the structural forms include round tubes, square tubes or L-shaped angle steel as well. An available length range contains various specifications, such as 0.5m to 2.4m, etc.

Compatibility with Accessories

● Plank support: When the spacing of ledgers is less than 1.5m, wooden planks are required; or the spacing reaches 1.8m, steel planks are suitable.

● Safety protection: The outer ledgers can be wrapped with mesh safety net (mesh size ≥ 2000 meshes/100cm²), and handrail installed by fasteners (height ≥ 1.2m), forming a fully enclosed working space.
