Product details

Vertical standard is the main supporting component of scaffolding system, perpendicular to the ground, bear the entire scaffolding structure weight and the construction loads. They are generally made of steel tubes with a dimension of Ф48.3*4mm, and are hit-dip galvanized on the surface. There are star-shaped sockets at regular intervals on it for fixing horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, and other components. The top can be connected to top head jack and bottom to the base jack to ensure stable support and force transmission.


Applicable Scenarios

The vertical standard specifications should be taken into account of the load requirements, erection height, terrain conditions and construction efficiency. Short standards are suitable for flexible adjustment and low-altitude operations, medium and long types meet the needs of ordinary projects, and ultra-long type are for super high-rise or large-span structures. Thickness and material of tubes directly determine the load capacity. Q235 with 3.0mm thickness apply to common load scenarios, while extra-thick Q355 low-alloy for heavy-load scenarios.
